Sector: Improvement Technician Apprenticeship Level 3

Whether you need someone to work in the accounts, administration, finance or human resources department, want to develop the company’s customer service or sales and marketing function, or are looking to develop an employee to take on a supervisory or management role, apprenticeship training will enable them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to meet the demands of the business.
Apprentices will combine working for the company with studying towards occupational standards through the college and will be supported by college staff who will work closely with you to ensure that the skills they are learning are what is required by your business and that they will achieve their full potential and career aspirations, as well as meet your business needs.
We develop training to meet the needs of businesses, so you can be assured you’ll gain the skills that they are looking for in their employees – and, if you impress them during your training, you may even be offered a job when you’ve completed apprenticeship.

If you’re already employed in the industry and want to improve your skills and boost your promotion prospects you can benefit from apprenticeship training too – just ask your employer to email employerenquiries@wolverhampton.livedraft.co.uk and a member of the team will contact them to discuss your training further.
At City of Wolverhampton College, we offer strong links with leading universities and over 1,000 employers – meaning our courses are all career focussed and relevant.
